1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item if it meets the following conditions:

  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • The product is not damaged, defective, or altered after delivery.
  • Items such as personal care products, innerwear, perishable goods, custom-made or personalized items, and digital products are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be credited as store credits or bank transfer (details required).
  • Partial Refunds: If only a part of an order is returned, the refund will be calculated accordingly.

4. Replacement & Exchange

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can request a free replacement within 7 days.
  • Exchanges are available for eligible products (subject to stock availability).

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Personal care & hygiene products (cosmetics, skincare, etc.).
  • Undergarments, socks, and innerwear due to hygiene reasons.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. You may initiate a return once the product is delivered.

  • The item is not part of the non-exchangeable category (see Section 5).

2. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  3. Once approved, we will:
    • Arrange a reverse pickup for the item (if eligible).
    • Request you to self-ship the product (return shipping costs may apply).

3. Exchange Options

  • Size/Color Exchange: If you ordered the wrong size or color, you can request an exchange for the same product in a different size or color (subject to availability).
  • Product Exchange: If you wish to exchange for a different product, the price difference (if any) must be paid or refunded accordingly.
